Join us! The Slingshot25 Change Practitioner Program is designed to provide an experiential development opportunity for people leading change in their organizations. Becoming a trusted leader in the change space requires understanding what people experience during change, being able to influence leaders and being supportive for employees who are navigating change. In our 3 month program, participants receive short, intensive education lessons on key change principles and tools, and then have the opportunity to put the information into practice immediately. Through practice, you will grow your skills and gain confidence to lead change. People forget 75 percent of the information in training within 6 days. This program creates stickiness by replacing the intensive training day routine with combined sessions and experiential practice. This combination over time allows you to retain more of what you’ve invested in!
