This is resistance. It's natural. It's normal. You don't have to train more, or read more, or be better to get over it. You just have to blow past it. Do it anyway. Maybe it helps to remember another time when you've pushed through your own resistance.
A time when you felt success, completion, and joy. It's there waiting for you. Don't wait to be motivated, happy, or excited. Those things may not come to you, but they are waiting for you on the other side. Go get them.
